Reuniting With Friends

Last night one of my husband's devout friends called. He and his wife are missionaries to the Philippines and they are here for a Creative Pastor's Conference. Of course, it was refreshing to hear his voice as we go "way back" in our friendship. When I graduated from College, I worked in the Missions Office and his parents were also missionaries. In a couple of hours, we'll be going to breakfast with them - They're the type of people that I love to converse with because we know the same people and understand each other's ministries. I'm looking forward to reuniting with such cool people who serve in not only the Philippines but China also! Wow!
